INTERNET SUPPORT APPLICATION IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

The Village of Solomon is offering financial assistance specifically for internet costs in response to the coronavirus pandemic. VOS recognizes that many of our members have had to adapt to a virtual life for employment, school, telehealth, and connecting with loved ones online, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. VOS also acknowledges the high cost of internet data, overage costs, fees, etc. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact the office. The max amount per month is $450 per household

You may submit via email to voscovidrelief@gmail.com, mail to PO Box 2053 Nome, Alaska 99762, or fax to 907-443-5189. You may apply for this monthly internet support by following these guidelines:

Be an enrolled Village of Solomon tribal member
Provide a current internet bill/itemized receipt in your name OR an internet bill AND itemized receipt between the timeframe of this current application
Internet bill must show the amount requested, has been paid and this benefit will be your reimbursement OR internet bill must be paid to bring status to current utilizing internet support AND/OR benefit must be applied for an internet credit. Amount requested must only be used for the benefit of internet support financial assistance

If submitted after the 5th, I am aware my application will be processed the following month as long as all my supporting documents are enclosed with the application
